Respecting the Rural Landscape

At happystackpress, our philosophy is grounded in practicality and a deep respect for the rural surroundings of County Fermanagh. We believe that countryside gardens and estate grounds should feel like a natural extension of the wider landscape, not an imposition upon it.

Our approach avoids the manicured sterility often seen in urban environments. Instead, we champion natural materials—local stone, heavy timber, and gravel—combined with thoughtful, climate-appropriate planting that offers long-term outdoor usability across all seasons.

We understand that rural landscaping requires careful preparation, dealing with heavy soils, prevailing winds, and natural drainage. By addressing these foundational elements, we create outdoor spaces that are not only beautiful but built to endure the realities of countryside living.
